Returns
You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items need to be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags still attached.
We cover return shipping on every return, including returns for size or a change of mind.
How to start a return
- Contact us through our contact page or at shopsolidaritynetwork@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and a prepaid return label.
- Pack the item securely and ship it using the label we send.
Items sent back without first contacting us can't be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you and issue the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear.
Wrong size?
We don't do direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order in the size you need. Check our size guide first: our fits run one to two sizes small.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.
